In our cellars, located in the heart of Bierzo (León), our hams undergo a long, slow curing process that lasts between 18 and 30 months until we achieve a meat that is aromatic, marbled and with an exceptional bouquet, 18-20 months for Serrano Reserva Ham and more than 24 months for Serrano Gran Reserva Ham.
